Seabrook sits under trees. Should I keep using a cart cover?
Only a breathable one, and only over a dry cart. A waterproof cover over Seabrook humidity is a greenhouse, and we can usually tell a covered cart by the mildew pattern alone. Under-house parking with airflow beats a sealed cover here.
Can you get pine sap off without hurting the paint?
Fresh sap, easily, with dedicated solvents that are safe on cured paint. Sap that has baked on for a season sometimes leaves a mark that needs polishing, which is a five-minute add-on conversation at the walk-around.
Do you coordinate with rental managers on the island?
Regularly. Several Seabrook villas keep carts with the property, and we service them on turnover schedules with the manager holding the gate and billing details. Fleet pricing starts at four carts.
