Golf Cart Fleet Detailing for Charleston Businesses

by quotescheduled to your calendar

A rental cart is a rolling review. Guests judge the beach house, the resort, and the rental company by the first thing they touch, and on the islands the first thing they touch is usually the cart. Sandy floors and mildewed seats end up in the Airbnb review even when the linens were perfect. Fleet detailing exists so that never happens.

We run scheduled service for operators who keep more than three carts working: vacation rental companies on Isle of Palms and Folly, HOA and community fleets on Daniel Island and Kiawah, resort and event carts, and property managers juggling turnovers. Service is scheduled around your calendar, not ours, which usually means turnover-day rinses in season and deeper resets in the shoulder months.

The operational details are built for fleets. One invoice, per-cart line items, a shared service log so you know cart 4 got its seats extracted in April, and the same crew on your account so nobody relearns your gate codes every visit. We flag developing problems early: the terminal corrosion, the cracked seat corner, the hazing windshield, each one cheaper this month than next.

Who this is for

Vacation rental managers whose carts are part of the listing photos. Community associations with shared carts that nobody in particular owns and everybody in particular uses. Golf and event operators who need twenty carts presentable by Friday.

If you are a homeowner with one cart, the regular services fit better; fleet pricing starts at four carts on a schedule.

How long it takes

Scheduled to your calendar. A turnover-day rinse rotation on eight carts takes a morning; seasonal deep resets are planned across days so your fleet never goes fully offline.

What it costs

Volume pricing by quote, built from the standard menu: rinses from $79 per cart on a recurring schedule, details and restores discounted by fleet size and frequency. Tell us the fleet size, where the carts sleep, and your turnover rhythm, and we will send numbers the same day.

Fair questions

What size fleet do you take on?

Four carts on a recurring schedule is the floor. The largest current account is a twenty-two cart rental fleet split between two islands. Past thirty carts we would talk timing honestly rather than overpromise.

Can you work while guests are checked in?

Yes. The crew is quiet, self-contained, and used to working driveways of occupied rentals. Most managers have us in during the cleaning window between checkout and check-in.

Do fleet carts get the same products as residential jobs?

Identical. Same pH-neutral wash, same extractor, same UV protectant. Fleet pricing comes from route density and volume, not cheaper materials.

What do you need from us to start?

A cart list with locations, gate or lockbox access, and a contact for flags. First visit includes a per-cart condition baseline so the log starts honest.
